Problem with Brother DCP 1200....Printer Jam

I checked the manual, and it said that i have to check the printer tray. I put more paper it, made it all flat, and it still says it. I have no clue what's wrong...anyone have this printer? perhaps same problem? 😛

by the way, it's a Digital Laser Copier/Printer with scanning.

Did you check to see if paper was stuck inside it? 😛

yup, the manual says printer jam means something wrong with the feeder...😉

Did you check the toner and drum catridge? Could be lodged up there.

it says its not physically a paper jam..its something wrong with the feeder tray...but yes, i checked the whole printer
