problem with bootloader in redhat linux 7.2

When I installed redhat linux a few hours ago, I set GRUB as the bootloader. I can't figure out how to use it, and I'm more familiar with the LILO bootloader. I want to switch from GRUB to LILO as the bootloader. How do I do this in redhat?

or can someone at least help me set up the GRUB bootloader? I want to be able to boot into windows!!!
