Problem with Belkin Message Manager Router. Help Please!

I've been using this new voip service that my mother-in-law started selling subscriptions for. It came with a Belkin Message Manager. Originally, I set everything up as the instructions suggested and the phone and internet was working fine.

However, when I wanted to download some torrents, I discovered the Belkin router had a firewall. I found the IP address for it (192.168.200.1), and put my computer behind the DMZ. Another stupid change I made was that I disabled DHCP functionality on the Belkin router. Well, later the internet went out and I was never able to get it working again with this setup. I can no longer even access the Belkin configuration page using the IP I listed above.

I'm fairly sure the change I made is what screwed everything up, but now I don't know how to get back into the settings to undo the change. Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply. The problem is that I don't know what the Belkin's current address is anymore. The linksys router's IP is 192.168.1.1, but I can't access the Belkin router at all.

You can hard reset the Belkin to the factory default.

The address of the default is probably in the manual.

Yeah, I know I can reset the Belkin back to default, but I kind of wanted that to be a last option because I would have to contact my voip support to get all of the settings that were originally in there for using the phone.

Since I disabled DHCP on the Belkin router, if I assign my computer a static IP address could this possibly work? Would it matter what IP address I assigned it?

If the IP that you assign to the computer is not of the same "Range" that the Belkin is currently On, otherwise it would not talk to the Belkin.

I.e Belkin 192.168.x.y Computer 192.168.z.u

x must be equal to z

If you Hard reset you would know the number and would be able to configure the computer.
