Problem with ATI Radeon 9700 Pro

I first want to make a point and let everyone know that I never had this problem until I installed my Turtle Beach soundcard. Now I randomly get this funky looking screen. I don't know if its a hardware problem or maybe conflicting driver issue. Could be something as simple as a bad cable. I have submitted a link and you can have a look at it and hopefully help me. here is the link.

no everything is stock and untouched. So its definetly the video card then? I have had heat issues with the card. Like it would randomly reset my computer from overheating so I had to take the side case off.

My 9700 pro did exactly the same thing ... even down to the size and placement of the vertical lines and the haziness. I tried plugging it into my wifes monitor and it works fine. So I degaussed my CRT and switched off the power, reconnected my monitor and it worked fine again. Go figure. I didn't make any hardware changes it just happned when i booted up the system. Hope it works for you.
