problem with asus p4c800-e network connectors

i got asus p4c800-e deluxe. my network connectors for my asus p4c800-e sometimes works and sometimes doesnot work.

for example, when i try to go to bankofamerica websites on my asus p4c800-e board, it doesnot working. but when i try to go to the same websites on my parents computer, it works fine.

is it the network card or the network cable problem?
