problem with asus mobo a7n9x -vm

any ideas?
brand new mobo
brand new processor 2300 sempron
and i keep getting coredumps...
i can install windows on it fine.. then when i try to run windows
it crashes
 
Run metest86 to test your ram. Run it overnight, if you get even one error it fails.

Since that board does not have tweakable memory voltage, use real 2.5-volt PC2700 memory. I'd do Crucial PC2700.
