Problem with anti-aliasing, in Splinter Cell

Can anyone shed any light on this? Whenever I enable FSAA in Splinter Cell, I can see lights, to a distance, through walls. And I'm not just talking about through the very edges of walls, but THROUGH the solid parts. It gets very distracting and annoying, and thusly I have FSAA turned off, but is there any way to fix this, or is there any reason for it? I have the Gainward ti4400, Det43.45's (but it has done this with other drivers as well).

Ah, damn, ok. That's really the only reason I never use FSAA right now, as it doesn't seem worth it to keep on switching it on and off.
