So the auction of my iPod mini ended on August 7th. I send the iPod the next day. The buyer lives in the UK, so the USPS didn't offer tracking for that. The buyer has many new negitive feedback, and has made his feedback private. I have a suspicion that they are doing this to a lot of sellers. I emailed eBay and Paypal to look into it.

They paid via paypal, and claimed the item never came. They now filed a claim with paypal for a refund.

Any suggestions on what I can do so I don't lose the iPod and the money for it? Anyone else been in this situation?

Here is a link to the auction...

Actually USPS does track if you send it express mail, but its not cheap. Did they have a confirmed UK address? Do you have any proof of shipping? You didnt actually say what the problem was, did they claim they hadnt received it?

Yes, paid by Paypal. They now filed a claim with paypal for their money back.

It dosnt, it says ships to Worldwide. The US thing is just the shipping cost to the US.

9 negative feedbacks in one month and he keeps the info hidden, bad luck having them win your auction.

Yeah. When he won on the 7th of this month he had NO negitive feedback....that is why I think something is fishy

Cetainly sounds it, I'm assuming you've contacted eBay about this. Those hidden comments could very well say exactly what you are saying.

Well good luck anyway, looks like you've done pretty much all you can do at this point. Crossing your fingers wouldn't hurt.
