I bought this card a few days ago at newegg.com

Just got it today, the drivers that came with the card install fine and the card seems to function properly, so far. But, I just tried to install the latest drivers from the creative site and I got this error message

I've tried switching the card to another pci slot. Any other suggestions on how to resolve this?
