Problem with an Asus A7N8x-E deluxe mobo

Long story short:
I'm trying to learn how to overclock systems & I figured I'd practice on my old desktop, which has an AMD XP 3200+ & an Asus A7N8X-E deluxe. I started by resetting the memory to run to at 2-2-2-6 in the bios, figuring better RAM timings would give a boost to the system's performance. I reset the RAM timings, restart the computer, & shazam! The system lights up & fans go on as per usual, but the monitor indicates there's no signal & the pc won't boot, not even to the bios.
I assume I went a bit too aggressive on the memory timings & that a simple reset to default settings in the bios will fix the problem.
My question is: how do I get to the bios screen, or is there a way I can manually reset the bios on this particular mobo? (I lost the manual. 🙁)
I really appreciate any and all help you might be able to offer! Thank you!

There should be a little jumper next to the battery. You will see that the jumper is placed on two pins. There are three pins total. You want to move the change the jumper from left to right so that instead of it being on the middle and last pins, it will now be on the first and middle. From there you will reverse that and put it back to how it originally was. This will in turn reset your CMOS.
