Problem with a brand new Monitor

I have had this monitor hooked up for about 3 weeks. I was moving my desk around. I turned off everything. Monitor included. When I hook it back up and turn it something has gone retarded. When facing the monitor the lower right corner where the time shows up on Windows has faded to green and then outside of that is a darker blue than my background. What is the problem? Is it fixable myself because sending this biznitch in will cost a ton of money and a waste of time. Can anyone help me out?
 
Check for a bent pin, got my $$ on that. If not a bent pin, connect the CRT to another PC or laptop and analyze.
