Problem with 8RDA3+

Hi guys,

I just upgraded my 8RDA+ to 8RDA3+ and having lots of problem. One of the chip in the 8RDA3+ got burned when I boot up, so I RMA it. Newegg sent me another one, and this too also has a problem.

When I power up, it powered up the system (CPU fan & video card fan is running), but I don't see the BIOS screen. The LED is showing FF (it doesn't even change value). I have tested my CPU, Memory, Video card and they all work on another system. I've tested the PS too on a different motherboard, and it works fine, but that other motherboard is not using the 4-pin ATX12V. I'm guessing that it might be the 4-pin ATX is bad, so I tried another PS, but it still has the same problem.
I have also tried resetting the BIOS & took out the battery. Nothing. I'm about to give up with this thing, unless you guys have other suggestion? I'm thinking of switching to Abit NF7-S, but I really like the Epox, but I lost $15 already for shipping this thing twice. What to do??

I can't believe I got 2 bad mobo in a row and it's from Epox too. And my 8RDA+ was having the capacitor leaking problem too.

mmm.....on my abit nf7,even if i don plug in the 4pin power i'm still able to boot the machine, guess its not the problem of that, maybe u can try the board on ur fren's system ? just to confirm the board is working/not working, then u can choose to change to abit or any other brand u like.Just a suggestion though.
