Problem with 3D Mark 2000 & Geforce2 gts

I'm having problem running benchmark in 3d mark 2000. Everytime i click on run benchmark it will show the helicopter then freeze.

I have an visiontek geforce2 gts(6.34 driver) and using win2000.

Anybody know whats wrong?
