I don't know if I have a problem with media player or my graphics card.

I have dual monitors (dell 3007wfp and samsung 204B) and the BFG Tech BFGR76256GTOCE GeForce 7600GT 256MB 128-bit video card.

After turning on PC whenever I play something with media player I get sound, and no picture (well outlines of figures with blue and red lines, but nothing you could make out) If I go into Nvidia control panel and run display optimization wizard it fixes it until I turn off PC and have to do it again.

Now thing is, if I put it on the other monitor it works fine without the wizard, I can turn PC on put it on that monitor and it will play fine, but if I slide it on the 3007WFP I won't get a clear picture until I run the wizard. I have also tried opening the same videos with divx player on the 3007 and it they have played fine.

Any solutions? I think this happened when I updated my video card drivers

Go here and get CCCP pack, and set ZoomPlayer to the default for all video files. It's much better than WMP, and supports zooming (use your mouse wheel), h264 for 720p and 1080p files, and so on. It's a lot faster as well. I use that player with a 3-monitor setup, and can drag the video and full-screen it on any of them.
