Lower your FSB until you can boot.
What cooling/heatsink are you using?

EDIT: also up your DRAM voltage to 2.1v-2.2v to try and eliminate overclocking your ram as part of the equation.

Might want to try using a dif. divider so you're running your ram slower. DRAM Frequency: AUTO should be manual - the bios is trying to run your ram at 890mhz (FSBx2) when you don't adjust that.

First lower you CPU FSB to 400mhz. You should be able to boot from there if your CPU can handle it.

If that goes well, change DRAM frequency to one of the manual settings - your ram is rated at 800mhz, so go through the selections and pick one which gives you a speed that's lower than that. Then you can start upping the CPU FSB to find your max CPU speed.

Once you get to this point, you can start tweaking your settings for real. Read through the overclocking sticky (HOWTO: Overclock C2Q (Quads) and C2D (Duals) - A Guide v1.7), by now you'll probably understand it a bit more.

I think My Ram supports 800mhz

but In Bios Settings, In Dram Frequenices, There are frequences less then and more then 800, there is No 800 Mentioned in that list, wht should i select?

Reset you bios to "Defaults" until you can get your rig stable. From there you can start to determine your max limits for the cpu, ram, and MB...it's a process, not something you can look up in "cliff notes".

What i meant is my RAM is of 800MHZ
but it is not listed in BIOS DRAM FRequency list, the values are either less or more then it
which one should i select?

I went in my Bios setup to change DRAM FREQUENCY TO MANUAL , its says if i set it lower then the frequency , it might damage the Ram

In Morning , I was in Bios Setup. I changed the DRAM FREQUENCY to 800 Mhz, when i was changing the FSB values, the values in DRAM FREQUENCY automatically started changing with the change in FSB. I changed the FSB to 425 and DRAM FREQUENCY changed from 800 to 850

why this happend
and Is 850 from RAm is Safe?
