Problem when printing in Outlook Express

I have an HP deskjet 3420 installed in a Windows XP Home PC. In every program it prints without problems, except Outlook express. When i try to print the printer does nothing, and i get no error messages, as if i didn't try to print at all. Any help?

Have you tried double clicking the individual message (open it in its own window) and then print from that window? I remember that OE has trouble identifying what you want printed in the normal task panes.

The problem was related with viruses (gaobot and donk)
