Problem w/ UT2K3 Demo and 9700

OK, when I run the benchmark.exe my PC locks up as it is loading the 4th demo. The first 3 run fine. After I restart, XP tells me that the crash appears to have been caused by my 9700 Pro. Anyone else have this problem?

I havent had any problems either, has been running like a charm since i got the new drivers.. do you have the newest catalyst drivers?
 
Yes, I do have the latest Catalyst drivers. As for the heat...I do have the card overclocked to 360/330, but it can complete 3DMark just fine at those settings. I also double checked by setting the card back to the default speeds and it still locked-up at the same point.
