Problem w/ USB 2.0 on IT7 Max2

The bottom two USB units (I believe the USB 2.0 ones) do not work for me. What are the latest USB 2.0 drivers from VIA? Also, I have all Win XP updates.. has anyone experienced similar problems?

Every USB port is enabled. The standard and the 2.0.
