Problem w/ Powercolor 9600pro

'Bought this Video card 3 sleepless nights ago! lol! Seriously, This powercolor 9600pro is punishing me 'till now... Im using this with Abit IS7-M motherboard..All I did was after uninstalling the onboard graphics driver and flashed the BIOS to it's latest I install the Video card and nothing happens! No beeps..No POST!! but the power is ON and all the fans and LED's are on... I didn't hear my hard drive load-up! Im sure it's not a power supply problem coz I'd just bought a new one which is TT-480w with 20Amps..I also tried to test the video card to other systems and it works perfectly...Swapping RAMS didn't help as well...

Here's my specs ...
Abit IS7-M Pentium 2.6C
2x256 3200 Kingston Valueram
And the Powercolor 9600 pro

I hope you guys can help Please! I want to sleep this night! lol!
 
I would check and reseat all connections. If the card is works in a another system then your problem unlikely lies with the graphics card.
