Problem w/ my Asus A7V 1.02 mb... wont boot AT ALL! please help!:(

a guy sold me here a Asus A7v 1.02... and its not booting at all. i tried the parts on my primary pc and the things works.. BUT that guy took ou the AGP PRO Yellow sticker. i was gonna use Radeon VE SDRAM version w/ asus and its not booting up at all:\ even tried a athlon certified power supply but doesnt boot is it the yellow sticker he took off the AGP Pro slot??? anybody had this kinda situation before? please you help will be VERY appreciative!

You didn't by chance install an AGP non Pro video card in the forward section of the slot because the tab was removed?

it did not touch the agp pro part. i just installed it like you w/ other cards. i putted the radeon on my primary tbirb system w/ msi k7tpro and the radeon boots up fine
 
If the card didn't touch the forward section and the card still works then that is good (for your card!)
The MB is another story, have you tried the CPU, P.S. ram ect. in your other one and they are okay?
Try clearing the CMOS and check every jumper, possible board shorts and wire connections. If that all checks out then the board sounds like the problem.
