I have a Gigabyte P67A-UD3-B3 board. Can't seem to update the bios using the windows bios update program @Bios. I don't have a floppy drive so can't update using QBios.

I tried updating using download or via downloaded file but the program hangs. I have been having problems with the motherboard constantly restarting when I restart or start from powered down. Only way I can get it to work (boot to OS) is to turn off the power supply and turn it back on. I am hoping to upgrdae to F5 but can;t seem to get it to work. ANy help or suggestions would be great. Thanks!

QFlash works with USB drives. They're dirt-cheap (if you don't already have one) and I'm sure you have USB ports.

I just did that the other day useing the @Bios program without a hitch.

1- Download the f5 file to a known directory.
2- execute the program to extract the bios file that ends in .f5
3- Run @Bios and look for the .f5 file then run it.

If you can't do that then don't mess with your bios until you fix your sys.
