problem to boot the computer

i installed the IC7 motherboard, p4 2.8c and the ram and ati 9000 video card.

i know the ram is working because i am using it at 200 on athlon xp.

when i boot the pc, the screen has nothing on it. it just blank out.


Can you tell me what is wrong,?

it is the cpu is fried, motherboard is died or the video card is too sentive.
