Problem: Sunburn on my head.

Okay...this probably seems like a joke. So laugh now. But I seriously need some suggestions here.

So here's the deal, I trim my head hair with the 6mm guard on the clippers (6mm is about 1/4 inch for the metrically challenged 😉).

It's just enough hair that putting suntan lotion on my head is rather difficult, and makes a mess out of my stubble, but not enough hair that it protects the top of my head from the eeeeevil sun.

Now solution 1: Buy a hat!
Problem: My hat size is bigger than 8 1/2....so it's pretty hard to find standard hats that fit, I could order one from a specialty store...but by the time it got here August would probably be over and I wouldn't need it so much anymore.

So....what would you do?

The general idea is to prevent my head from being sunburned in the future, because it hurts like hell.

I don't give a rats ass what it looks like...if I cared what I looked like I wouldn't shave my big fat head with a 6mm guard 😉

I think my dad (who also has an abnormally large head) has a spare ballcap that he ordered from an online store that he's going to let me use. So I should be okay 🙂

I'll order my own for next year...but those damn border crossings always delay everything when you're in a hurry 😉

Course, you could always shave your head all the way. Much easier to apply the sunblock that way.
