The Rage IIC is an old ATi chipset pre-dating the Rage 128. Not good for much these days beyond basic 3D, and perhaps some DVD.
Just a really basic cheap 64bit graphics card.

so far its running win2k flawlessly on my athlonC rig... hell its a rubbish card for the rig but handles everything i throw at it (high res windows, office xp, internet surging) well and thats all my dad will use for so its all good! 🙂
