Problem Sharing Drives on W2K machine to Win98 Machine

I have set up an alternate share name (instead of the default and hidden C$) for my c drive on my W2K machine. It is something like W2K C Drive or something like that. I have given the other users I have set up complete (full) access to that drive. However, when I log onto the network with the Win98 machine, I can get to the W2K machine, but do not see the C drive at all.

I could use a little help if anyone knows what I might try to do. My only guess is that maybe it has something to do with the user I created being on the W2K machine and the trouble comes up when I try to get at it from another machine. Does this sound like it might be it? And if so, how could i fix it?

Thanks in advance!

Yep, I did that when I set up the network. It helped me get the users set up, but still have the problem with not seeing the new share I set up on the C drive. Any other ideas?

To access those shares, the users you've created must be in the administrator group... it's not enough to grant full share and/or NTFS permissions.

If these accounts are for people other than yourself, you might want to think about simply sharing what they need instead of the root disk.
