Problem sending PM's

So like the title and summary say...

I have attempted to reply to several PM's from other members and can't seem to do so. When I click "reply" I get the normal reply box but don't get a "reply" or "send" option.

What am I doing wrong?

Any idea why it just started doing that? I've never had to resize it before.

It's always done it for me and I have never been able to fix it. I just Tab to the box.
