Problem sending emails.

Hi,

About one hour (9:00 a.m. PST), I had an email discussion with a friend (ex-friend) after that, whenever I try to send him an email I got the following error:

Does someone know if he did block me or something like that?

it's a hotmail issue, nothing you can do about it, recommend they move to a more stable email service.
