Problem Running Windows 95 Game Under 2000. Help!!!!

Here's my situation. I'm trying to run Command & Conquer Red Alret, which is Windows 95, under 2000. It won't even install. Is there a way for Windows 2000 to emulate 98 or 95 or to run this game at all?
 
If you have downloaded the latest Compatibility Updates for Windows 2000, when you right click on each program and select Properties, there will be a tab called Compatibility. Go to this tab, and set compatibility mode for Windows 95. See if that helps for the Installation program.
