PROBLEM RESOLVED - Official contact for subscription problems?

Paid for a 12 month subscription on 1/11 using the iBill service.
During the process tho, my browser crashed BEFORE I was able to specify my forum username/account.
Of course, I can't login as a subscriber.

I have a transaction receipt from iBill showing the service had been charged.
My CC shows the charge.

Would appreciate some direction on how to proceed.
