Problem reading text

I got an e-mail from a person i know, but the bessage body looks like this: Äà ñå ðàçáåðåìå

Can anyone tell me how to encode or whatever necessary to read this text? Help please i am desperate about this.

Send them a messasge back that you do not have the proper font pack/language installed.

The email headers might also tell you what charset it's in so that you can install it.
