Problem previewing and printing mail using Eudora 5.0

I have installed Eudora 5.0 over an old version just the way I was instructed by the installation. Everything seems to work great except when previewing a message before I print it out. The preview shows the header line, then all the text printed over itself making it unreadible, and then the footer line. I don't think it is a printer problem because all other software prints and previews ok. I hope someone has some ideas. Could I have accidently changed the print settings trying to print an attachedment of a .JPG file?
