?Problem? Please Help!

I am building a new system. I was using a asus a8n-sli deluxe. I went through three of these mb thinking that it was a mb problem. I now have a gigabyte GA-K8NF-9. And am having the same problem. The pc fires up but the monitor will not display. I know that the monitor is good because it works on my old pc. This is the first pc that i have built and i am getting very aggervated with it. I have had the memory tested at a local shop and it is fine. A local shop also pugged my psu in a tester and said that it was working. I figured that it is not the HD because i am not even pluging them in at this poing. I have followed all of the instructions in the mb manual and have confirmed that all of the connections are secure. I guess that I am going to send the video card and cpu off to be tested. Does anyone have any suggestions?

If you have hook up the P4 12v plug to the Mobo with the ATX connector and nothing happens even after resetting the BIOS then I would look @ 1 Vid Card replacement
