I'm trying to play some Divx videos I encoded on my uncle's computer, but they won't play. I installed Divx 5.x as well as Xvid codecs. GSpot (the codec too) says the appropriate codecs to play the videos are installed.

Yet when I play the file in Media Player or DivX player, I only get sound. However, if I preview that file in TMPEnc, I can see it properly (albiet without sound since its preview mode). Even if I convert that DivX video to MPEG-1 using TMPEnc, I still can't view the video in other programs.

This is bugging as I can't figure out why it won't play.

The video I'm trying to watch is on this page: Link
I tried the Maxima and Miata video, neither works.

So what can I do? The computer is an HP computer running Windows XP Media Center with hte latest drivers for the GeForce FX5200 and DirectX 9.0b

Thanks
