Problem: PC Shuts off

Hi, I am having a bit of a problem. Every so often my PC just shuts off. Sometimes it is right at boot up, before I even see the BIOS screen, sometimes it's in Windows XP. It is not a friendly "shutdown" but a hard power off.

It appears to happen more often after the PC has been off for a while. I thought it might be my UPS, but I've been running without it for a few days and I am still having the problems. Also, the only thing I OC'd was my ATI 9500, but I throttled that back and I am still having the problem.

Any help would be appreciated. Even if you can tell me what it ISN'T. Thanks...

Could be a faulty PSU,I had a PSU once that would at random just shut-down the PC,I replaced it and it has been fine since so you could try a new PSU.
