Problem overclocking A7N8X...little help here anyone?

I have been running the board for 2 weeks now and loving it. Slowly inching up the o/c settings. I got my proc running stable 12x166=2.01 GHz at 1.725V. However, I noticed as soon as I got there the system would not POST after being shut down and would require a "second retry" to POST. (So two attempts needed to get the computer started after a complete shut-down.) The second time, when it boots, it would reset the FSB to 100 MHz...this is happening every time. The problem is solved by backing the multiplier down to 11.5. Again it's not the CPU, I have confirmed it stable at 12x166. There must be a BIOS problem with this multiplier setting. Anyone else notice this? Anyone willing to check it out for me?
I have checked the ASUS website and there is no BIOS update available.

Update...i turned it down to 11.5 and o/c'ed the FSB and got the same problem. I don't see how it can be the CPU since it's stable at higher speeds than its running. Any ideas anyone?
