Hi.
I need help on problem with my ECS L7SOM(ver.3.0) w/ AMD Athlon 1.2 ghz.(Retail).
I installed w/ retail cpu fan and heat sink, system will boot normal into Windows XP. But when I upgrade to several other fan and heat sink(Volcano 5,6;GC68 w/ original fan or Panaflo), system will start for 2-3 seconds and shut off.
