last time, I converted a 36MB QuickTime movie (.mov) to a Real Media
(.rm) format with only 5MB by Real Producer Basic. But my boss
wanted a smaller size of the movie. So, yesterday, I used
QuickTime Pro to split the 36MB movie into 5 pieces, and each is
about 7MB. But when I tried to use Real Producer Basic to convert
the new 7MB .mov to .rm, I got an error message:
"The source you have selected contains an unsupported audio or
video format. The require audio or video filter could not be located."
So, do I really need to purchase the Real Producer Plus for this
purpose? Or, is there any other way to solve this problem?
Thanks.
