Problem networking WIn2k machine and winme machine

Okies guys trying to network 2 machines here...I got NETBEUI, IPX Protocol, and TCP IP protocol and file sharing client running...machines CAN see each other however the problem is when the win2k machine accesses the winme machine it basically freezes up...kind of strange. And when the winme machine tries to access the win2k machine it says "User access not valid" could you guys help me out PLEASE!? Thanks guys in advance!

enable guest account on win2k machine...add user from ME machine to win2k guests...make sure you give name and password...
uh about the freezing no idea...other than ME sucks..sorry...hope the 2k thing helps...
