Problem making Ameritech DSL work - Redhat Linux 7.0

I have a Linux Redhat 7.0 box.
Have speedstream 5360 Efficient ADSL modem provided by Ameritech (Enternet PPPoE).
Want to configure it on Linux box. Ameritech doesn't provide any support when it comes to Linux.
Has anybody tried this?

If it's just normal PPPoE it should work fine, I believe there's a HOWTO at LinuxDoc.org.

The DSL is running well on Linux machine with the help of Roaring penguin PPPoE client.
I have 2 NICS.
DSL is working on - ETH0
I want to connect - ETH1. to my lan thru HUB. And share the internet connection.
What should I do for that??
