problem logging in to Outlook 2000, any ideas?

I'm using Outlook 2000 at work and whenever I log in, I have to type my username, the domain name, and my password. It's been working fine for the entire summer, and now it's telling me that my login credentials are incorrect, that our Exchange server isn't available, etc. No viruses on my system and nobody else on the network is having issues logging on. Any ideas?
