Problem Installing UT Bonus Pack/other UMODs

I'm having a problem installing any umods to my UnrealTournament. I can play the game for hours just fine, but trying to load one of these gives me an "out of virtual memory error" I've tried it both overclocked and non-overcloced, exactly the same thing happens each time. Any ideas?

AsusP3B-F
P3-600e@800
Toshiba 128mb ECC x 2 @ 133
Adaptec 2940UW running 4.5g 10k Cheetah and 4x 4.5 Western Digital Enterprise in RAID 0
