Problem installing LAN driver on Gigabyte board.

I'm having a hell of a time figuring out the lan driver for this board.
It's a self-extracting pile of folders and .exe's that consistantly tell me I have an incorrect line parameter.
There's obviously something I'm doing wrong/missing.
I downloaded the lan driver here.
I tried both downloads with the same result.
Anyone have any suggestions?
 
It's not working bcoz Gigabyte dosen't know what they place on the dwnload center. Just use the original driver that came with the board.

I just figured that out a little while ago.
I'm searching for the right driver.
I don't have the original cd, neither does the owner.

Got it.
I found the right driver here.
The pro2kxp did the trick.
