Problem installing Dazzle Firewire PCI card.

I tried installing it and got this BSOD just before my desktop should have appeared:
ErrorE:0028:C2A4D350
I have a KT7A-RAID running Windows ME. I've tried it in different slots, but windows just won't boot when it's in there.

it COULD be interfering with another one of your pci cards...try taking out stuff like your sound card or ethernet/ modem and installing the firewire card alone...if it boots up, then add the other cards back one by one , and maybe you can determine which one is the culprit...or maybe they'll all work happily together!
