Problem installing BF4 and DirectX

Please don't bludgeon me to death if this has been posted about before... I've done a search but haven't been able to find a solution for this specific problem.

In regards to the Desktop in sig below...

Trying to install BF4 from CD... it downloads all 3 CD's and then when I try to install it, fails at 20% with a DirectX error:



I'm running the NVidia 331.82 driver. What am I missing here?
