Only replying since Android's Google Translate is awesome. It actually does a augmented reality text replacement. Anyways...

Windows didn't like the partition you chose for some reason. Try deleting that partition and creating it from the installer. If it still says no, Windows probably cannot install it's boot manager probably because something else is there/cannot access it.

If you only have Windows and Linux and don't mind installing Linux again, then you'll need to start with a fresh disk. Delete all partitions and the mbr. You can do that within the windows install by pressing SHIFT-F10 to get a command prompt then use diskpart's clean command to clear the beginnings and end of the disk. Best of luck.

you need to convert the disk to GPT or MBR depending on whether you booted in legacy mode off the disc or UEFI mode

for UEFI mode = GPT

for Legacy mode = MBR

This - also, windows will likely need a 300MB partition on the front of the disk. Delete the partition, highlight the unpartitioned space and hit install.

Better yet, delete partitions completely and just click next. Windows will create the partitions it needs.
