Problem in Vista64 - Help please!

Long story short: I have Vista Home premium 64bit. I usually have full backup of my C:/ but I needed to format backup drive and use it for something else for just 1 day🙄 - half an hour later when I installed Hellgate London Demo my system crashed and now when I try to uninstall some programs like Photoshop or GPGnet I get this error:

System restore was disabled so I cant roll back🙁😡

So you back up just to one location which you knowingly destroy. Now, you have no system restore and no backup at all. I bet your UAC is turned off too...

We aren't Gods sir. Fresh install, I'd do in your case.
