Problem importing Evernote to OneNote.

I have new problem with OneNote I was getting some kind of sync error on my android device so logging on off the app didnt help so I started deleting so files on my PC to see it would help and figured I restore a backup. So why the delete notes didnt work I restored the backup figuring no big loss but now no matter what I do after a few mins the restored file is missing too and I keeps repeating the problem. I so annoyed with OneNote that I got monthly sub to evernote but still like to fix this new OneNote problem Thanks!
