I have a 32" 720p LCD TV with HDMI & VGA. I hooked my PC up to the TV via VGA and it displays good, the 1360x768 native resolution works fine, but the text can bet a bit blurry. So I buy a HDMI-DVI cable to run the signal. It has problems. When it gets to Windows and switches to the native resolution the screen looks a lot bigger than it should, ie I have to scroll over to get the edges of the windows on the screen. When I set it lower I get signal not in range problems. I updated to the latest ATI drivers for the video card but that doesn't work. I don't understand why the DVI & VGA outputs would look different on the screen.
