PRoblem getting my ATI radeon 9700 pro s-video out working, help appreciated :)

I got a radeon 9700 pro in my new computer, and I hooked it up to my Tv using the proper cords ,and when I look at my TV on the right video channel it doesn't show up, although I can still get my sound from my audio out cord on my soudcard --> my TV.

Anyone have any idea why the video out won't show up on my TV?

any help is appreciated.
 
how would I go about that? I checked under my video properties section and it doesn't show that the TV is hooked up.
 
Make sure that all the cables are inserted properly then go into the properties, then the tab in the upper left should turn red and you can turn it on after that.
