Problem, get this error message constantly coming up

I get this pop-up sometimes, upon starting up the computer, sometimes while running, or whenever.
No idea how to fix it.
It's a new build, no floppy drive installed.
Obviously something on the motherboard which I looked over carefully.
Anyone have any ideas?

Can you just disable the floppy drive from the BIOS? I have no floppy drive installed in my system so its set in the BIOS to not look for one/disabled or whatever, thus there is no A: drive in XP. I'd guess if its completely disabled/nonexistant then you wouldn't get any sort of error about it.

Also, this isn't a highly technical topic, so you would probably have better help with it in the Technical Support forum if you can't find a solution from what I posted.
